NRA Pistol Class
The NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course teaches the basic knowledge, skills and attitude for owning and operating a pistol safely. The course is 8 hours long and classroom and range time and introduces new or novice shooters to revolvers and semi-auto pistols. Students learn NRA rules for safe gun handling, pistol parts and operation, ammunition, shooting fundamentals, range safety, shooting from a bench rest position and a two handed standing position, and cleaning your handgun. Students will receive the NRA Guide to Basic pistol shooting handbook, NRA Gun safety rules brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, take a Basics of Pistol Shooting exam, will receive a course completion certification. All course material, use of handguns, ammo, hearing and eye protection, range fees, snacks and lunch/drinks will be provided for this fee. Please email me to register and reserve your spot.
